Stayed here on a layover between New Brunswick and Ontario. Good price and a very comfortable hotel. Chic and urban style, comfy beds and super nice bathroom. Always love a Keurig in the room and a small fridge. Great experience!
Our rooms were very big and spacious. Also clean and lovely bathroom with glass door shower. 6 of us shared a room comfortably. Our room was also very close to the pool. We enjoyed the complimentary robes as well. Highly recommended
I have stayed here multiple times over the past three years and no complaints. It is an older hotel which has been renovated but the rooms are pretty modern and nice. The staff are excellent. I have yet to eat at the restaurant or the bar. Central location.
Clean and spacious rooms. I slept like the dead. Showers have plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Only thing I was not impressed with was we got food from an outside restaurant because the one they have in house did not have anything my kids liked. When we sat down to eat we realized the restaurant had forgotten utensils. I called down to the front desk to ask them to bring some to our room and they said yes. Then a few minutes later they called back and said they were too busy at the restaurant and I had to go get it myself. I was not pleased but had no choice. When I got to the restaurant the place was almost empty. Maybe two tables and they were so busy that two of the restaurant staff were having a personal conversation and it took them a few minutes to even realize I was there. Not great service in my book. I know this was poor service on the Restaurant's part, but if it is associated with the hotel they should be more accommodating so it does not affect their reviews.
Large, clean and quiet room. Very nice decor and amenities. Plentiful parking and a very convenient location. Service was impeccable and staff were very helpful and very friendly. Will visit again!
