Beyond expectations. we were there for a convention from Mtl and we were all wonderfully delighted. great staff. MUST stay again.
The hotel is new, modern and clean. However, we stayed overnight for a work function and decided to leave the restaurant we were at for dinner and have cocktails at the hotel bar.... which is non-existent. The front receptionist sold beer, wine and liquor and you could drink in the large lobby. The front desk/bar was weird and she didn't have any ice for the drinks but suggested we go to third floor for ice. The complementary breakfast the next morning was well...definitely free. Only yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal and hard boiled eggs were available. The hotel looks so nice that I expected more. Just go out for Tim's breakfast sandwich if you want to feel full. The rooms themselves were large enough and clean which was most important, for that sole reason would stay again.
Beautuful hotel! Staff was helpful and very friendly.The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed.Wonderful pool .... kids loved it!Breakfast in the hall on the 12th floor was tasty...something for everyone.

I stayed at other properties from the"Grand Times hotels" and it is, to my knowledge their best property! The people at the front desk were very helpful and the lobby is trendy, practical and comfortable; comfortable because if you call a cab you may have to wait 20-25 minutes before it gets there.The hotel is in the same complex add the convention center so this is probably important to know if this is where you have to go during your trip.
